After you have chosen your preferred appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to prepare and confirm the location of your booking in Bowral.
On the Day
Arrive makeup-free and ready to experience colour analysis in front of your very eyes! Lauren will determine your skin undertone, followed by your home colour season and your season subflow.
Results and Swatch Delivery
After your colour analysis session, receive your 3-page personalised colour analysis report via email along with your digital colour palette.

Disclaimer & Refunds
We use a renowned international colour analysis system for in-person sessions. While we take pride in our expertise, analysis from other systems may differ.
As we provide a personalised service, our refund policy ensures transparency. Due to the nature of our in-person colour analysis, refunds will not be issued. We prioritise your satisfaction and invite you to reach out for assistance.
Arrival to your appointment
Please arrive 10 mins prior to your appointment. If you do arrive late, the length of your appointment will be reduced. If you arrive 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged for the entire service.
No-Show/Cancellations
Cancellations can only be made 48 hours prior. If you cancel within 48 hours or no-shop, you will be still charged for the service.
